Job Description

As an AVP of the Consulting Services team, you will be the face of our client as they embark on their 5-year journey. You will be participating in new client acquisition, identifying opportunities for new business at existing clients and championing the client\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s capabilities at industry forums and conferences.

Your Key responsibilities would include:

  • Prepare a visionary map of industry trends to share with the client prospects and clients
  • Engage prospect on solution identification; leverage resources from other teams for the duration of the proposal creation
  • Manage solution presentation; RFI and RFP responses
  • Onboard and transition new clients to the capability leaders


Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

  • Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree; advanced degree preferred
  • Insurance industry experience of 12+ years inc Lloyd\\\\\\\'s/London Market
  • Insurance business capability understanding
  • Project Management
  • Insurance Certification / Process improvement (Lean 6 Sigma)
  • Successful manager of programs and able to mentor delivery teams, as well as triage challenged projects.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Client management and delivery experience
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills Attention to details
  • Understanding of UK/EU regulatory laws
  • Experience with insurance technology implementations, business process improvements in either P&C or L&H industry
  • Domestic and International travel will be required
  • Working alongside the business development team, you will be required to:
  • Engage with prospects on solution identification; leverage resources from other Xceedance teams for the duration of the proposal creation
  • Manage solution presentation; RFI and RFP responses
  • Onboard and transition new clients to the capability leaders
  • On occasion, embed at client site to deliver/enable/manage solutions

Working alongside the business development team, you will be required to:

  • Engage with prospects on solution identification; leverage resources from other teams for the duration of the proposal creation
  • Manage solution presentation; RFI and RFP responses
  • Onboard and transition new clients to the capability leaders
  • On occasion, embed at client site to deliver/enable/manage solutions
