Job Description

As an AVP of the Consulting Services team, you will be the face of the company as we embark on our 5-year journey. You will be participating in new client acquisition, identifying opportunities for new business at existing clients and championing the organizations capabilities at industry forums and conferences.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Establish our Australia office
  • Prepare a visionary map of industry trends to share with the company prospects and clients
  • Engage prospect on solution identification; leverage resources from other teams for the duration of the proposal creation
  • Manage solution presentation; RFI and RFP responses
  • Onboard and transition new clients to the capability leaders

  • Position the organization in the ANZ insurance market
  • Define, enable and execute the organizations GO-TO market strategy for ANZ
  • Identify local talent for acquisition
  • Sustain and grow existing accounts
  • Champion the brand at industry seminars / symposiums

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

Desired Skills:

  • Insurance industry experience of 12+ years
  • Insurance business capability understanding
  • Project Management
  • Insurance Certification / Process improvement (Lean 6 Sigma)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Client management and delivery experience
