corporate sector, he held leadership positions in domains like IT,
Insurance and Real Estate and has been involved with core HR activities like

been involved with training and development of multinational audience. He has
also been part of the strategy team for a large MNC and a leading real estate
organization and was closely involved in planning and execution.
In his last assignment, Harsh as Director HR, was responsible for setting up the HR practices, Sales Processes and Marketing.
Prior to that Harsh was Vice President, Human Resources at Bajaj
Allianz Life Insurance for over eight years and was responsible for Business HR
